Cloud Sounds – 30th January 2010
First things first, Hexicon are artist of the week. They have a new single out now. Listen to the show to hear it. Then you might like it enough to buy it. That would be nice.
Second things second, I have managed to squeeze in a (possibly exclusive) track from the new Sweet Baboo album that’s so new it doesn’t even have a release date. It’s produced by The Voluntary Butler Scheme and is so good it makes me want to shit myself…
Annoying things last, there is a problem with some wire or other and the right channel(?) is still not working. I will endeavour to fix this by next week and apologise if it does, in any way, ruin your enjoyment of any of the tracks played (it is more noticeable on some than others). This is genuinely the most serious I have ever been.

Cloud Sounds – 23rd January 2010
Cloud Sounds returns for a new decade with the same mix of fantastic new music and a bumbling, ill presenter. I didn’t mention I was ill once during the show though. Kudos to me. I also only briefly mentioned that The Guardian described this show as ‘fine, funny and inventive’…
Anyway, the wonderful Race Horses are artist of the week as we preview tracks from their brilliant début album ‘Goodbye Falkenberg’.

David Mysterious is artist of the week as we hear tracks from his (unfortunately last) album ‘Jongleur Du Morte’ released on the ever wonderful Peski Records. I also spend most of my time this week talking about gig nights and the imminent Festive Bestive leaving me no time to say anything interesting or funny. Soz. Hopefully I make up for this by playing all the previous winners of the most self indulgent radio special known to man. If you’re a recent listener, this may be quite exciting.
